Privacy Policy & Zero-Logs Declaration
Last Updated: September 2026. We believe transparency is non-negotiable. Here is precisely how we protect your privacy without compromise.
1. Our Fundamental Commitment
VPN Clients operates under a strict, certified Zero-Logs Policy. We do not monitor, record, harvest, log, or disclose any information about your internet activities, incoming or outgoing IP addresses, visited URLs, downloaded content, or DNS queries.
What We NEVER Collect or Store:
- No Browsing History: The websites you visit and content you view are completely invisible to us.
- No IP Addresses: We never log your origin IP address or the VPN server IP assigned to your session.
- No Connection Timestamps: We do not log when you connect or disconnect.
- No Bandwidth Logging: We do not track total bytes transferred per session.
- No DNS Queries: All DNS lookups are handled internally within RAM and immediately discarded.
2. RAM-Only Server Architecture
To guarantee that our zero-logs policy is not merely a policy but an architectural reality, all VPN Clients servers run 100% on volatile random-access memory (RAM).
Because there are no physical hard drives or flash storage connected to our server operating systems, data cannot persist across power cycles or reboots. In the event of a physical server inspection or unauthorized seizure, the device contains nothing but encrypted, non-persistent RAM that wipes clean upon power loss.
3. Information We Do Process
To operate an active subscription and provide customer support, we process minimal operational data:
- Account Credentials: Your registered email address and an encrypted hash of your password, used solely for authentication and license key validation.
- Billing Status: The active plan tier (Basic, Premium, or Platinum) and expiration date. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
- Support Inquiries: Any voluntary messages sent to our 24/7 technical team.
4. Warrant Canary & Legal Jurisdiction
VPN Clients is incorporated in a privacy-friendly jurisdiction outside of the 5 Eyes, 9 Eyes, and 14 Eyes intelligence-sharing alliances. We have never received a national security letter, gag order, or secret warrant to back-door our cryptographic protocols.
As of September 2026, VPN Clients has received:
• Zero (0) National Security Letters
• Zero (0) Gag Orders
• Zero (0) Warrants for User Encryption Keys
5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance
Users across the European Union (GDPR) and California (CCPA) enjoy complete rights to data portability, access, and right to be forgotten. Because we collect no activity or telemetry data, deleting your account immediately purges all associated authentication records from our systems forever.
