1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, downloading our native client software, or purchasing any subscription tier (Basic, Premium, or Platinum), you ("User" or "Subscriber") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our accompanying Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to all provisions contained within these terms, you must cease using our website and network services immediately.
2. Description of Service & Infrastructure
VPN Clients provides encrypted virtual private networking (VPN) solutions designed to protect your data transit across untrusted public and private networks. Key characteristics of our architecture include:
- Encrypted Tunnels: High-grade cryptographic tunneling utilizing WireGuard® and OpenVPN (AES-256-GCM and ChaCha20-Poly1305 cipher suites).
- RAM-Only Servers: Pure volatile RAM execution without physical hard drives or non-volatile media for zero data retention.
- Global Node Network: Fast bare-metal server access across 85+ countries with 10 Gbps uplink capacity.
- Dynamic Shared IP Pools: Mixing traffic from multiple concurrent subscribers to ensure individual session anonymity.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
We firmly champion digital privacy, open access to information, and net neutrality. However, to preserve the integrity and accessibility of our global network for all subscribers, you agree never to utilize VPN Clients to conduct or assist in:

- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS): Launching or participating in denial-of-service floods, amplification attacks, or port-exhaustion floods against any third party.
- Malicious Software Distribution: Propagating worms, trojans, ransomware, rootkits, or hosting command-and-control (C2) servers.
- Unsolicited Bulk Messaging (Spam): Transmitting unsolicited commercial emails, mass automated SMS, or running open mail relays.
- Exploitation & Illegal Content: Storing, transmitting, or facilitating any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or human trafficking.
- Unauthorized Access & Penetration: Bypassing authentication barriers, cracking credentials, or intercepting networks without prior explicit authorization from the target system owner.
Because we adhere to a certified Zero-Logs policy, we do not inspect or record user payload contents. Network-level safeguards (such as automated blocking of standard outgoing spam ports 25 and 465) operate in real-time at the edge without logging session identifiers.
4. Account Credentials & Device Concurrency
Your active subscription grants you access to generate license keys and authenticate client devices:
- Basic Plan (30 Days): Up to 3 simultaneous active connections.
- Premium Plan (90 Days): Up to 6 simultaneous active connections.
- Platinum Plan (180 Days): Up to 10 simultaneous active connections.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, activation keys, and master passwords. You may not sell, resell, or distribute your account credentials to third parties.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Subscribers may select from our current available plans as outlined on our Pricing Section:
- Basic Plan: $15.00 for 30 days access ($0.50/day equivalent).
- Premium Plan: $35.00 for 90 days access ($0.39/day equivalent, save 22%).
- Platinum Plan: $50.00 for 180 days access ($0.28/day equivalent, save 44%).

7. Service Availability & Maintenance
While we strive for 99.99% network uptime across our global cluster, VPN Clients is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Periodic hardware maintenance, upstream transit fiber outages, or targeted censorship by hostile national firewalls may cause temporary node downtime. We continuously deploy automated failovers and new stealth IP ranges to counter censorship.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, VPN Clients Network Inc. and its directors, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use or inability to use our network.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. When substantial changes occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
